Job Description
For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior Web Designer to support the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality, user-centered web interfaces. The successful candidate will create professional, cohesive, and accessible web designs that deliver an intuitive and consistent user experience across digital platforms.
We are looking for a contractor, who is able to work in CET working hours.
The job is part-time (4h/day).
Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing user workflows, tasks, and requirements to inform design decisions.
- Designing or redesigning web pages and user interface components.
- Developing initial design concepts and presenting them for review.
- Collaborating with the Programme Manager to refine and improve interface designs.
- Creating dynamic, interactive design prototypes.
- Conducting iterative design reviews and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
- Building HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript prototypes using grid-based layouts when required.
- Implementing finalized user interface designs.
- Ensuring all interfaces are logical, visually consistent, efficient, accessible, and user-friendly.
- Making revisions throughout the design process to ensure project objectives are met.

Profile:
- Bacherlor degree.
- +5 years of demonstrated experience in web and user interface (UI) design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing interactive prototypes and responsive web designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
- Proficiency in Visual Studio Code, CLI/terminal-based development, CI/CD workflows;
- Fluent in English;
