You are the engine of our B2B growth. Your job is to get other businesses—local hiring programs, training networks, and other startups—to integrate our automated talent dashboards. You are the bridge between our tech and the market's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Outreach: Proactively email and call potential partners to book meetings and pitch our value proposition.
- Negotiation: Structure partnership deals where both parties win, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring they are happy and engaged.
Skills You’ll Need:
- Outreach & Closing: You are comfortable with cold outreach, and you know how to handle objections to get the deal signed.
- Relationship Building: You are a natural communicator who can speak to C-level executives and managers with confidence.
- Strategic Thinking: You can identify win-win scenarios and negotiate smart terms.

- The 30-Day Work Trial: Every role begins with a mandatory 30-day trial. This is "sweat equity" (working for ownership), but we ensure you benefit immediately by giving you a weekly share of any revenue we bring in from day one.
- Long-Term Reward: Equity vests over a 2-year schedule, ensuring we are building for the long term.
- Transition to Salary: Once we hit our revenue goals, you will transition to a flat, predictable monthly cash salary.
