We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join an established global pricing team supporting client pricing activities across multiple countries and business lines.
This is a hands-on pricing role focused on developing pricing models, analysing commercial assumptions, evaluating profitability, and supporting strategic pricing decisions for workforce and professional services solutions.

What You'll Do
Pricing & Analysis
- Prepare, review, and maintain pricing models for new and existing client opportunities.
- Analyse salary costs, labour costs, statutory costs, payroll costs, margins, markups, and profitability.
- Support pricing for new contracts, renewals, extensions, and commercial changes.
- Translate business and client requirements into accurate pricing models.
Financial & Operational Analysis
- Monitor pricing performance and profitability.
- Review pricing assumptions and identify commercial risks.
- Explain pricing logic and financial impacts to non-pricing stakeholders.
- Support pricing governance and business decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Operations, HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and Finance teams.
- Gather pricing inputs and validate commercial assumptions.
- Support international pricing activities across multiple countries.
Continuous Improvement
- Improve pricing templates, reporting, and pricing processes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify pricing workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Maintain pricing documentation and support operational excellence initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field.
✔ 3+ years of experience as a Pricing Analyst, Deal Pricing Analyst, Bid Pricing Analyst, Revenue Pricing Analyst, or in a similar pricing-focused role.
✔ Experience working in a dedicated pricing function where pricing was a core responsibility.
✔ Strong understanding of pricing models, cost assumptions, margin analysis, markup calculations, profitability, and pricing strategies.
✔ Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Payroll, Recruitment, or Account Management teams.
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
✔ Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.

⭐ Process improvement or pricing automation experience.
