🎯 The Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee cloud platforms, servers, networks, storage, virtualization, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security while ensuring high availability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, systems administration, network management, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations.
🚀 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute enterprise infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage cloud infrastructure, on-premises systems, networks, storage, and virtualization platforms
- Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure services
- Lead infrastructure modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Oversee infrastructure security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement proactive improvements
- Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement
- Lead infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and system deployments
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, DevOps, and application teams
- Establish infrastructure governance, standards, and operational procedures
- Mentor and develop infrastructure engineers and technical teams

✅ What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, network administration, or cloud operations
- Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments and technical teams
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, storage, and infrastructure security
- Excellent leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience managing distributed infrastructure and remote operations
- Strong understanding of IT service management and operational best practices
- Ability to lead multiple strategic infrastructure initiatives simultaneously

- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline

- Experience using platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, VMware vSphere, ServiceNow, or similar infrastructure management tools

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, monitoring, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code practices
