πŸ… What you need to have:

  • Monitor and support business-critical applications in production, investigate and resolve incidents, analyze logs, ensure service continuity, and follow up on escalations.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, development, production, and business teams; support deployments, testing, releases, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Handle file transfers and messaging platforms, with experience in Linux/Unix, Tomcat, JBoss, Apache HTTP Server, IBM MQ, Axway CFT/Secure Transport, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, PeSIT, and networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, SSL/TLS, SSH, and VPN.
  • Use monitoring and ticketing tools such as Jira and ServiceNow, with Control-M and production monitoring tools as a plus; knowledge of PGP/GPG and TLS is also valued.
  • Bring strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, coordination, and customer-oriented skills, with experience in Application Support or Production Support and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

  • ITIL knowledge.
  • Experience supporting middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Shell, Python).
  • Experience with APIs and integration platforms.
