CRM & Social Media Marketing Intern

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Social Media Marketing Intern with hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Canva. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience managing CRM systems, marketing automations, email campaigns, and social media content while working directly with an experienced mentor.

The program is a 3-month remote internship, during which you will assist in fulfilling various digital marketing tasks for your mentioned business for 10 hours per week. This is an unpaid program whose end goal is to provide students with a higher chance of getting hired in the digital marketing space after completing our apprenticeship program.

What You'll Work On

• Clean up and organize the existing GoHighLevel CRM, including contacts, tags, workflows, and automations.
• Review and optimize CRM automations to support the customer journey.
• Create and schedule email marketing campaigns.
• Design engaging social media graphics using Canva.
• Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling social media content.
• Help maintain organized marketing systems and documentation.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and suggest process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM management and marketing automation.
• Strong Canva skills with the ability to create professional, branded graphics.
• Understanding of email marketing and customer journey automation.
• A systems thinker who enjoys organizing processes and improving workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
