- Lead operations and development teams for high-availability AWS services
- Oversee the launch of the European Sovereign Cloud (ESC) in 2025
- Collaborate with global AWS teams and influence service evolution
- Contribute to enhancing availability, reliability, latency, performance, and efficiency of ESC
- Participate in on-call rotations to resolve incidents

- National of an EU member state and residing in the EU
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, Ruby) or software development (Java, TypeScript)
- Strong knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals
- Experience with 24x7 high-availability, distributed software applications (preferred)
