The Role
- Build, operate, and evolve operations and development teams for high-availability services.
- Collaborate with global teams and influence the evolution of services and technology.
- Enhance day-to-day operations and ensure continuous improvements in availability, reliability, latency, performance, and efficiency of the ESC.
- Resolve operational issues and contribute to the team's backlog.
- Participate in on-call rotations to resolve out-of-hours incidents.

- Experience in Linux OS and network troubleshooting, or networking administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Python, Perl, or another scripting language.
- Be a national of an EU member state and residing in the EU.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to execute standard operating procedures and follow operational best practices.
- Background in Systems engineering, site reliability engineering, building and operating systems at scale.
