2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Manager, People & Talent serves as a strategic HR partner responsible for aligning people and talent strategies with business goals. This role involves coaching, talent management, change management, recruitment, and workforce planning. As an integral member of the Extended Leadership Team, this position contributes to broader business issues and strategic planning beyond traditional human resources functions.



3. Responsibilities:

• Provide executive coaching, performance management guidance, and proactive conflict resolution to managers, leaders, and team members

• Collaborate consultatively with department heads to anticipate future talent needs, build pipeline strategies, and develop talent management and succession plans

• Analyze robust people metrics, turnover data, and engagement trends to inform operational performance and guide future workforce strategies

• Design, implement, and champion corporate initiatives to enhance employee engagement, corporate culture, and satisfaction across all levels

• Act as a trusted internal coach and consultant for performance management methodologies, leadership development tracks, and complex employee relations

• Oversee and lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle, including the direct management, mentorship, and development of the HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

4. Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience, blended with a strong technical background in recruiting and talent acquisition architectures

• Core global human resources experience is required, with a strong operational preference for European employment law, compliance, and cultural markets

• Proven previous people management and corporate leadership experience

• Modern technological comfort, including practical experience leveraging generative AI productivity tools (such as Claude) to optimize HR workflows

• Demonstrated experience operating successfully within a fully remote human resources infrastructure

• Strong relationship-building, consulting, and cross-functional influencing skills

• Proven ability to translate macro business needs into scalable, high-impact people programs and talent initiatives

• Deep experience coaching employees, mid-level managers, and executive leaders at all levels of an organization

• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a track record of implementing innovative, modern HR approaches

• Extensive experience successfully handling complex employee relations investigations and sensitive performance improvement issues

• 3+ years of dedicated experience directly leading talent acquisition functions or recruiting teams

• Driven, highly accountable leader possessing deep business acumen and a strong understanding of corporate operations



5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Target annual base salary range: $130,000.00 to $170,000.00 USD (with an optimized corporate targeting midpoint of $150,000.00 USD)

• Final salary placement within the range is commensurate with the candidate's depth of global HRBP experience, talent acquisition leadership background, and specific software skills
