Key Responsibilities
Training & Onboarding Excellence
- Design and implement structured onboarding programs for recruitment teams.
- Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, learning modules, and certification processes.
- Ensure team members successfully complete training milestones before engaging with clients and candidates.
- Continuously improve learning programs to support team growth and operational consistency.
Performance Management & Team Enablement

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated success developing SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational frameworks.
