Key Responsibilities

Training & Onboarding Excellence

  • Design and implement structured onboarding programs for recruitment teams.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, learning modules, and certification processes.
  • Ensure team members successfully complete training milestones before engaging with clients and candidates.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong process improvement and operational management expertise.
  • Demonstrated success developing SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational frameworks.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical, coaching, and performance management skills.
