For one of our clients, a rapidly growing Enterprise Knowledge Management scale-up based in Berlin, we are looking for an LLM Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered knowledge assistants, enterprise search platforms, and intelligent business copilots.

What You'll Be Working On
• Building production-ready applications powered by Large Language Models
• Designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using enterprise knowledge sources
• Developing AI assistants, enterprise search capabilities, and intelligent business copilots
• Creating agentic workflows capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting with business systems
• Optimising prompt engineering, retrieval quality, inference performance, and response accuracy
• Building scalable APIs supporting AI-powered applications
• Collaborating with product, platform, and machine learning teams to continuously improve AI capabilities
Experience Required

• 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience building production backend applications and APIs
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies

Nice to Have
• LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks
