RATE RANGE: $110-$115/hr
POSITION SUMMARY:
We're looking for a Brand Designer who is a strong hands-on maker — someone who builds brands and brings them to life across media. You've created ownable key visuals and the visual toolkits that scale them, and you can take a brand from a strategic idea to work that holds up everywhere, at any size.
You pair brand-systems thinking with real craft, moving fluidly from a single hero visual to a full toolkit others can run with. You think conceptually but execute rigorously — shepherding work from idea to launch with clarity and minimal oversight. You set a high bar for the work around you, and you do it without being precious — sharing your thinking openly and building on what the team brings to deliver breakthrough creative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and evolve cohesive brand systems and visual toolkits that scale across campaign, product, and activations.
- Develop iconic, ownable key visuals that define a brand's expression and translate across scale and medium — from in-feed to large-format OOH
- Deliver high-craft brand solutions from early exploration through production-ready output; deeply hands-on at every stage
- Bring brands to life across integrated campaigns in partnership with marketing, campaign, product design, and strategy
- Create the toolkits, guidelines, and templates that let internal teams and external partners execute consistently and at volume
- Partner closely with campaign creatives and producers to pressure-test, build on, and elevate ideas together — landing breakthrough work as a team
- Distill complex narratives into simple, clear, emotionally resonant creative
- Present and defend creative rationale to senior leaders and partners; help elevate craft across the team

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of brand design experience (agency and/or in-house).
- Portfolio showcasing iconic key visuals and visual toolkits brought to life across campaigns and multiple mediums
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into integrated campaign expressions across channels
- Proficiency across graphic design, art direction, typography, layout & grids, color, and photography (incl. art-directing shoots / building photo libraries)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leaders and internal/external partners
- Track record of self-initiated work delivering high quality at volume with minimal oversight
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- A link to an online portfolio showcasing your work (include on resume)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building visual toolkits adopted by distributed teams and agencies
- Experience creating with emerging platforms and technology (AI)

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
