As Community Manager, you will build the welevel community from the ground up. We are pre-launch with a small group of early players already on board, and you will be the one shaping how the wider community grows, how players talk about SolidRiver, and how they connect with us and with each other. You will own our presence across social media, Discord, and other community spaces, work directly with creators and streamers, and bring real player feedback back into the studio.

- Strong sense of what makes gaming communities tick, gained through real participation in Discord servers, subreddits, and similar spaces
- Strong writing and communication skills with a feel for tone and voice
- Comfortable creating content across formats, including text, images, and short video
- Self-driven and able to take ownership of building something from zero
- Fluent in German and English
- Onsite position in Munich
