What You Will Do
- Architect & Optimize: Design, implement, and optimize robust solutions to enhance our proprietary payments platform, ensuring maximum performance, scalability, and security.
- Build Integrations: Develop and maintain complex integrations with payment providers, banks, and third-party systems, aligning seamlessly with both technical and regulatory requirements.
- Drive Feature Delivery: Own the full software development lifecycle, actively participating in everything from initial concept and technical design to implementation and final delivery.
- Innovate Fintech Solutions: Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our payments ecosystem, ensuring our product remains innovative, adaptable, and ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate in Agile Sprints: Partner with cross-functional teams in bi-weekly SCRUM sprints, actively engaging in grooming, sprint planning, and continuous value delivery.
- Champion Clean Code: Identify opportunities for technical and process improvements, driving engineering excellence, efficiency, and innovation throughout the lifecycle.
- Align Product Goals: Work closely with design, product, and business teams to ensure technical features perfectly match user expectations and business objectives.

What You Bring
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of commercial web development experience, with a heavy emphasis on building scalable, production-ready applications.
- Backend Mastery: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS, paired with a strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Frontend Expertise: 3+ years of experience with React, alongside solid practical knowledge of NextJS, Apollo, and Material UI.
- Data & Messaging Architecture: Commercial experience handling high-load databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and asynchronous messaging/caching systems (RabbitMQ, Redis).
- API Protocols: Deep understanding of modern API paradigms, including REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Modern Engineering Practices: Solid understanding of Microservice architecture, Test Driven Development (TDD), automated testing, and standard Git workflows.
- Communication Skills: Advanced professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to collaborate effectively within a global team.
