Monitoring power, cooling and capacity across the data centre
Responding to incidents and ensuring exceptional service availability
Managing hardware assets, RMAs and lifecycle activities
Contributing to operational documentation, automation and continuous improvement

What You'll Be Doing


As a Datacentre Operations Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping a state-of-the-art AI data centre operating at peak performance. Working alongside Infrastructure, HPC SRE, and Network Engineering teams, you'll be responsible for:

  • Deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting high-performance compute infrastructure
  • Performing advanced hardware break/fix activities, diagnostics and component replacement
  • Supporting NVIDIA GPU platforms and ultra-high-density compute environments
  • Operating and maintaining Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) systems and critical cooling infrastructure
  • Monitoring power, cooling and capacity across the data centre
  • Responding to incidents and ensuring exceptional service availability
  • Managing hardware assets, RMAs and lifecycle activities
  • Contributing to operational documentation, automation and continuous improvement


What We're Looking For


You'll ideally have experience in:

  • Datacentre Operations, HPC, Infrastructure or Critical Environments
  • Enterprise server hardware, networking and storage
  • Hardware troubleshooting and break/fix activities
  • High-density compute platforms and GPU infrastructure
  • Liquid cooling technologies (or a strong willingness to learn)
  • ITIL or service management best practices
  • Power, cooling and capacity management within datacentres


You'll also have:

  • Fluent French and English communication skills
  • A hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in fast-paced, mission-critical environments


Experience with NVIDIA AI infrastructure, busbar power distribution, or ultra-high-density compute platforms would be highly advantageous but isn't essential for candidates with the right technical aptitude.
