Associate Frontend Engineer

We are looking for an Associate Frontend Engineer to support our technical work and internal tooling development. Our firm focuses on providing commercial advice rather than abstract reports, and your work will involve building the interfaces that help our partners visualize complex investment scenarios and partnership data. Currently, we are supporting a major logistics partner as they evaluate new entry points and joint ventures. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to contribute to senior level advisory work from your own environment while working closely with a small, focused team.

What you will do

• Build and maintain user interfaces that present financial models and partnership data to senior decision makers.
• Translate commercial logic into clear, functional web components that reflect the reality of current market conditions.
• Work directly with senior partners to understand the specific data visualization needs of our current logistics project.
• Maintain and organize frontend code to ensure internal tools are reliable during active negotiations and capital deployment phases.
• Participate in remote team check-ins to align technical tasks with firm priorities and client deadlines.
• Help create visual scenarios that assist clients in understanding how counterparties and competitors are behaving in the market.
• Test new interface features to ensure they meet the requirements of our commercial advisory workflows.
• Ensure all technical work is documented clearly so that it remains accessible to the broader advisory team.

What you bring

• Competence in foundational web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A basic understanding of modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue, gained through university studies, personal projects, or internships.
• A strong eye for visual clarity and the ability to present data in a way that is easy for non-technical users to interpret.
• Commercial curiosity and an interest in learning how technology tools support high-stakes investment decisions.
• Writing skills that are clear and direct, both when typing internal documentation and participating in team chats.
