Compensation: $160,000–$200,000 Base + Competitive Equity

As a Founding Engineer, you'll join a small, highly collaborative engineering team where you'll help shape both the product and engineering culture while building software used by rapidly growing technology companies.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and ship core backend features for a modern revenue and pricing platform.
- Develop AI-powered product capabilities and intelligent workflow automation.
- Own features end-to-end—from technical design through implementation and deployment.
- Partner closely with product, leadership, and customers to solve complex business problems.
- Contribute to architecture decisions while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Work cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup environment where engineers have significant product ownership.

What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend development experience using TypeScript and/or Python.
- Solid SQL skills with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Full-stack experience with React or a comparable frontend framework.
- Experience building and shipping production SaaS products.
- Proven success working at venture-backed or high-growth startups.
- Demonstrated ownership of products and features from concept through launch.
- Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset.
