HR Business Partner (Cyprus / Relocation to Cyprus)
We're hiring on behalf of our partner - a game development studio - that is growing its team and looking for an HR Business Partner based in Cyprus (or relocation to Cyprus) - someone who will become a trusted partner for the business and help teams grow and strengthen.
If you're excited about working closely with leadership, influencing the development of product teams, and building HR processes from the ground up - this role is for you!
Russian-speaking is required for this role, as you'll be working closely with our Russian-speaking teams and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Partner closely with C-level executives and department heads
- Plan team structures and assess resource needs for new projects
- Advise managers on recruitment, onboarding, development, and employee motivation
- Participate in final-round interviews for key positions
- Build individual development plans (IDPs) and support career growth
- Develop corporate culture and strengthen the HR brand
- Drive employee engagement and feedback initiatives
- Organize corporate events
- Support employees through the Cyprus relocation process
- Manage HR documentation and administration
- Develop the HR function by implementing modern practices and AI-driven solutions

What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as HR BP / HR Lead / HR Generalist in IT or gaming/game development
- Higher education, with ongoing professional development in HR
- A track record of successful HR initiatives: onboarding, motivation, learning & development, internal communications
- Experience building HR processes in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of product team specifics (development, art, game design, etc.)
- Strong strategic planning skills and experience working with leadership
- Fluent Russian speaker (required)
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
