Position Overview
We are seeking multiple exceptional Founding AI Engineers to help build and train large-scale multimodal foundation models that power 3D modeling construction, 2D engineering drawings understanding/auto generation, industrial decision-making, predictive maintenance, quality assurance, process optimization, and autonomous industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Build scalable pipelines for industrial data, including images, video, sensor/time-series data, and technical documents.
· Design, train, and optimize multimodal foundation models and vision-language models for industrial applications.

Qualifications
Required
· B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
· Hands-on experience with ML/DL/RL, computer vision, NLP, multimodal AI, or foundation models.
· A passion for building products in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred
· Experience in industrial AI, manufacturing, robotics, or engineering applications.
