Content Producer & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a highly creative Content Producer & Social Media Manager who understands how to create content that not only looks beautiful but also performs organically across social media. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the digital presence of both ALTA and its founder while helping position the clinic as a leader in aesthetic medicine.

This is not a desk-based social media role. You will be actively filming, directing, planning, organising and producing premium content throughout the clinic, working closely with our doctors, founder, patients, models and influencers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, produce and curate compelling multimedia content including videos, photography and written content tailored to luxury audiences.

Film and edit premium-quality Instagram Reels, Youtube and TikTok videos and other short-form content.

Create engaging educational and lifestyle content for ALTA, our doctors and the founder's personal brand.

Manage and optimise all social media channels, ensuring a consistent luxury aesthetic and brand voice.

Develop content strategies and maintain a structured content calendar.

Plan and organise dedicated content filming days.

Coordinate doctors, patients, models and influencers for content creation.

Source and manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Brainstorm innovative content ideas that increase organic reach, engagement and audience growth while maintaining a premium image.

Stay ahead of social media trends and identify opportunities to strengthen ALTA's digital presence.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with wider business objectives.

Engage professionally with our online community by responding to comments, messages and reviews where required.

Assist in creating press releases, media content and community outreach initiatives where appropriate.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics and continuously refine strategies based on data and audience behaviour.

Ensure every piece of content reflects the elegance, professionalism and medical excellence of the ALTA brand.

About You

You are passionate about luxury branding, storytelling and creating content that captures attention without compromising sophistication. You have a strong creative vision, excellent organisational skills and understand how to build an engaged audience through authentic, high-quality content.

You should be comfortable directing people on camera, organising shoots and bringing fresh ideas to every filming day.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Youtube and TikTok.

Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, photography, editing and content creation.

Experience planning and executing successful organic social media campaigns.

Excellent understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and current content trends.

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with the confidence to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider creative and clinical team.

Knowledge of analytics platforms and performance reporting.

Previous experience within luxury, aesthetics, beauty, healthcare or premium lifestyle brands would be advantageous.
