Job Description

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Senior Linux Core DevOps to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and production workloads.
  • Monitor production systems, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues impacting business operations or customer experience.
  • Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, and high-availability initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot complex Linux, networking, and Kubernetes issues (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, connectivity).
  • Drive SaltStack automation by improving, optimizing, and expanding state coverage.
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams on infrastructure and architecture decisions.
  • Mentor engineers, maintain technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement across systems and automation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Linux, DevOps, Systems, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Expert Linux administration and performance tuning skills.
  • Strong Kubernetes administration experience (on-premises or AWS EKS).
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
  • Solid experience with AWS core services, including compute, networking, IAM, and CloudWatch.
  • Strong networking knowledge with hands-on experience troubleshooting packet captures, latency, routing, and connectivity issues.
  • Experience designing highly available, scalable, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Strong business mindset with the ability to prioritize work based on customer and business impact.
