5+ years of experience in a Primavera Techno-Functional role within IT services Strong understanding of Primavera functionalities and modules Experience integrating Primavera with ERP systems Good understanding of Primavera architecture Working knowledge of WebLogic and Primavera Application Server administration Proven experience in user provisioning and access control Strong understanding of Primavera database structure Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, Network, DBA, etc.)

Experience handling complex reporting structures and preparing monthly reports Preferred: Experience with Deswik or similar COTS applications in a support environment Working knowledge of Linux environments Key Responsibilities Work under the guidance of the Delivery Manager to support Primavera, Deswik, and other COTS applications Perform Incident Resolution, Service Request fulfillment, Enhancements, and Change Implementation Provide 24x7 support for Priority 1 (P1) incidents Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (12 per quarter) Automate manual and repetitive tasks Develop and enhance proactive monitoring mechanisms Maintain and update the knowledge base repository Enable backup support resources for continuity Participate in project meetings and prepare status reports as required Support Sprint Planning and JIRA tracking activities Handle conflicting priorities across multiple applications Collaborate with offshore teams, onshore teams, and client stakeholders Perform license tracking and support application upgrades Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables Support monthly patching and maintenance activities
