About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Specialist to build and execute scalable B2B marketing programmes that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, SEO, webinars, and content marketing.
- Build predictable lead generation programmes to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Develop and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, forms, and CTAs to improve website conversion rates.
- Create blogs, case studies, whitepapers, success stories, email campaigns, and thought leadership content.
- Build and manage email automation, lead nurturing workflows, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise decision-makers across global markets.
- Collaborate with Sales and Recruitment teams to align marketing activities with revenue and hiring goals.
- Track campaign performance using KPIs including CTR, CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Manage HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing across advertisements, landing pages, emails, and website content to improve performance.
- Research target industries, buyer personas, competitors, and emerging AI marketing trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Inbound Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, buyer journeys, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
