Our Barcelona-based Digital Advertising division is expanding its footprint. We are on the lookout for a proactive Onboarding Account Manager to guide high-potential Dutch enterprises and scaling startups. In this role, you will operate as the primary corporate consultant for the Netherlands, designing foundational digital frameworks that position new partners for immediate and sustainable commercial growth.

You will act as the designer of the client's introductory experience, transforming complex promotional technologies into clear, measurable business victories from day one.

Core Responsibilities: Launch Strategy & Account Optimization

In this position, you will direct the client's introductory journey, translating intricate advertising systems into tangible business outcomes:

  • Campaign Deployment: Supervise the technical integration and strategic launch of high-performing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) initiatives for a diverse portfolio of Dutch accounts.
  • Platform Specialist: Function as a subject matter expert on primary advertising platforms, tailoring specific features to match individual business objectives.
  • Consultative Sales: Evaluate unique corporate needs to pitch customized marketing initiatives that maximize client Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Portfolio Development: Actively identify latent account opportunities and fine-tune budget management to deliver maximum financial value for partners.
  • Information Upkeep: Maintain meticulous documentation within our CRM architecture to guarantee seamless alignment across internal departments.


Candidate Requirements: Analytical Mindset & Relationship Building

We are seeking a talented professional who successfully pairs rigorous data analysis with the polished interpersonal skills necessary to foster deep trust with corporate partners in the Netherlands.

Language Command

  • Fluency: Mastery of both Dutch and English (Native or C2 proficiency) is mandatory for high-level corporate interactions and internal collaboration.
