This role can be done in a fully remote model.

Your Role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our Enabling Functions (EF) sector as a Cybersecurity Lead Expert. The Cybersecurity Lead Expert will partner with and support all teams in the Enabling Functions, with visibility up to senior level. You will support the Sector CISO and collaborate with other corporate cybersecurity functions (e.g. Governance and Risk, Security Operations, Security Engineering, Business Enablement), as well as across sector boundaries with Healthcare, Electronics and Life Science, and with OT Engineering teams to support the execution of our cybersecurity strategy.

Who You Are

• 4+ years' experience with a focus on industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO/IEC 27002, TÜVIT Trusted Site Infrastructure (v4), PCI DSS, CIS CSC, NIST SP 800-64 R2, HIPAA or KRITIS / B3S PHARMA)
• Proven experience across multiple information security domains preferred (e.g. IT, OT, IoT and products)
• Ideally: 1 or more industry-recognised security or audit professional certifications (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present to and build consensus with teams across organisational boundaries
• Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a dynamic and team-oriented culture
• Strategic, holistic and long-term thinker
