RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with US customers; willing to work night shift (if needed).
- Domain: Manufacturing, Engineering.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, System Analysts, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning and estimation.
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and maintainability standards.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong focus on Java.
- Solid experience with Java frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles.
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent, including query optimization.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (integration-level understanding).
- Experience in API design, integration, and exposure to microservices architecture is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
