Job Description


We're looking for a proactive Human Resources & Performance Manager to help build a high-performing team and support our growing business. This role combines HR operations, performance management, and recruitment. You'll work closely with leadership to improve processes, manage employee records, monitor company performance, and attract top talent.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor KPIs across departments with team leaders.
  • Track employee performance and support performance review cycles.
  • Manage attendance, annual leave, sick leave, and other HR records.
  • Coordinate payroll-related information, including leave balances, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for open positions.
  • Create and publish job postings and LinkedIn recruitment content.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR documentation.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience with recruitment and talent sourcing.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with KPI tracking or performance management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and other hiring platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
