Pay Rate: CAD 60 to 70 per Hour

Role Summary

We are hiring for a Mobile Product Designer (UI/UX & Front-End). In this role, you will help create intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences while contributing to AI-powered product capabilities and scalable design systems. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions across multiple product areas.

Key Responsibilities

• You'll design and deliver mobile product features aligned with product goals and roadmap priorities.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile applications.
• Work closely with engineering teams to support implementation, testing, and iterative improvements.
• Help improve onboarding experiences, navigation patterns, workflows, and integrated product features.
• Support the design and evolution of AI-powered experiences, including chat, voice, and vision-based interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent features into the mobile platform.
• Contribute to defining interaction patterns and user experience frameworks for AI-driven capabilities.
• Maintain and enhance the mobile design system, including reusable components and design patterns.

• Ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across multiple mobile products and feature areas.
• Conduct UX reviews and identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce user friction.
• Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and collaborative planning activities.
• Help align user experiences across multiple product areas, including forms, documents, issues, and media-related workflows.

Must-Have Skills

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Mobile UX/UI Design.
• Strong mobile product design experience with end-to-end feature ownership.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools.
• Experience working with design systems and scalable UI components.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and interaction patterns.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts.
• Exposure to agentic tooling and AI-assisted workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing AI-driven user experiences.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android design guidelines.
• Experience working on enterprise software or SaaS platforms.
• Ability to contribute to front-end implementation activities.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
