We are currently seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company based in Seattle.
Role Overview
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure that powers modern software applications. You will work closely with software engineers and product teams to improve deployment processes, system reliability, security, and scalability.
The ideal candidate has strong cloud infrastructure experience and a passion for automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
- Improve application scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment workflows.
- Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity processes.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs and resource utilization.

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Proficient in English (written & spoken)
- Must be willing to work during Seattle working hours (Bangladesh time: 10 PM to 6 AM)
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong Linux administration skills.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Experience with Python, Bash, or Go scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and DevSecOps.
- Experience managing production-scale Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or MongoDB administration.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, GPU workloads, or machine learning deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and VPNs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
