X4 are partnered with one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the US as they continue to scale their Product organisation.

The company is a fast-growing healthcare technology business developing a market-leading platform used by healthcare organizations across the US. Their products are helping modernize the way complex healthcare processes are managed, with a strong focus on delivering intuitive, user-centric technology that creates real impact.

As part of that growth, they're now looking to hire a Senior Product Manager.

This is a highly visible role where you'll own critical product initiatives from concept through to launch. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, and AI, helping to build intuitive, user-centric experiences that solve genuinely complex healthcare challenges.

You'll have the opportunity to influence product strategy, define customer journeys, work alongside talented UX designers, and partner closely with engineering teams to deliver products that thousands of healthcare professionals rely on every day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning product strategy and roadmap for key platform initiatives

• Defining user flows and customer journeys for AI-powered experiences

• Working closely with UX Designers to create intuitive, user-focused products

• Partnering with Engineering throughout the product lifecycle

• Leading sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and Agile ceremonies

• Coordinating cross-functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders

• Using customer insights and data to inform product decisions

• Delivering products that create measurable value for customers and patients

We're looking for someone who brings:

✔️ Around 4–6 years of Product Management experience

✔️ Experience building customer-facing software products

✔️ A user-first mindset with a passion for creating exceptional product experiences

✔️ Experience collaborating closely with UX and Product Design teams

✔️ Exposure to AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or machine learning-enabled products

✔️ Strong Agile delivery experience, including sprint planning and backlog management

✔️ The confidence to facilitate discussions, challenge assumptions, and bring people together to make decisions
