🎯 The Role
We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Manager to lead a team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning solutions. The successful candidate will drive AI strategy, oversee model development and production deployment, and ensure alignment between technical initiatives and business objectives.
This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in machine learning, MLOps, AI engineering, data science, and technical leadership.

- Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and AI professionals

✅ What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, data science, or software engineering
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing machine learning or AI teams
- Strong expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production using MLOps practices
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead globally distributed teams in a fully remote environment
