About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Designer who is passionate about visual aesthetics and pixel-perfect design. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming initial design concepts, wireframes, and existing brand guidelines into polished, high-quality assets suitable for Amazon listings, packaging, and digital advertising. Your keen eye for alignment, typography, and layout will ensure that all visual elements meet our high standards of quality and consistency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to deadlines. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to create compelling visuals that enhance brand presence and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Canva, especially for template-based Amazon workflows
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, including print preparation, packaging, and dielines
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and alignment principles
- Excellent organizational skills for managing file libraries, assets, and typography
- Ability to follow direction and deliver high-quality work independently
- Self-motivated with a passion for refining and optimizing design assets
- Experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney (preferred but not required)
- Attention to detail in spacing, kerning, and overall visual harmony
- Basic understanding of print production processes and dieline management

Responsibilities
- Transform wireframes and creative concepts into Amazon listing images and advertising assets that align with brand standards
- Finalize, adapt, and maintain packaging designs across multiple brands and product variations, including powders, capsules, pouches, and bottles
- Ensure consistency in templates and design systems for Amazon listings and digital assets
- Prepare accurate, print-ready files, including dielines, layers, and specifications for packaging
- Assist in creating and enhancing A+ Content, digital advertisements, and other branded visual materials
- Maintain organized file libraries and assets, ensuring easy access and version control
- Collaborate with team members to refine design elements and incorporate feedback effectively
- Stay updated on current design trends and tools to continuously improve output quality
