About the Role
You'll join as a Product Engineer responsible for building customer-facing products across the company's AI platform, recruiter marketplace, and Recruiting OS. Working closely with engineering, product, and design, you'll identify high-impact problems, build elegant solutions from end to end, and directly shape the experience of thousands of companies and recruiters. This role is ideal for engineers who combine strong technical execution with exceptional product intuition and enjoy owning problems from concept through launch.
Qualifications
- 1–7 years of experience building full-stack products at a top-tier VC-backed startup (Seed to Series B).
- Proven experience shipping end-to-end product features with measurable business impact.
- Experience building AI-powered products, particularly with LLMs, AI agents, or modern AI applications.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL or similar modern web technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline from a Top 50 Computer Science program preferred.
- Strong product sense, ownership mentality, design intuition, and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments with ambiguity and high autonomy.

Compensation & Logistics
Compensation: $140K–$290K Base + Competitive Equity
