What you will do:

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a People Business Partner in the People Team you will be in charge of:

  • Partner with People Team Expertise Areas (PEAs) to co-create, and implement the HR agenda related to initiatives such as: Workforce planning; Organizational design; Talent development; Performance management; Compensation cycles and engagement programs.
  • Acting as trusted advisor and key point of contact for all people-related matters, you will develop strong partnerships with eDO leaders within your assigned business areas, proactively guiding and supporting their understanding and implementation of People Team strategies and initiatives through the application of critical thinking to assess needs and recommend appropriate actions.

  • Experience working in mid-sized organizations (approximately 500 to 1.000 employees), ideally within dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • 2 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong track record of partnering with HR centers of expertise (People Expertise Areas)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and driving change management initiatives
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience delivering HR programs across the full employee lifecycl
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into impactful actions
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied in HR, such as those used for talent acquisition, engagement analysis, or performance management
