You'll build production AI systems end to end. Agentic systems, retrieval, LLM orchestration, evaluation, data pipelines and product integration. This is a hands on engineering role with real ownership from day one.
What you'll do
- Design and build LLM powered agentic systems from experimentation through to production
- Build retrieval and context pipelines including RAG, hybrid search and structured retrieval
- Develop evaluation and monitoring systems to measure and improve AI performance in production
- Build pipelines to process large volumes of unstructured documents and data
- Create feedback loops so systems learn from usage and human feedback
- Own the architecture, reliability and scalability of AI in production
- Work directly with founders, product and engineering to shape the product
What you bring

- Experience building AI or LLM powered systems in production
- Strong Python
- Hands on with LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, RAG or retrieval
- Experience with unstructured data or document processing

The practicalities
- Based in Munich, five days per week in the office
- Up to €110,000 per year plus equity
- Open to candidates in Romania willing to relocate. Visa and relocation fully supported.
