Job Description


Our recruitment firm is partnering with a profitable, venture-backed B2B technology company that is modernizing a large, fragmented healthcare-adjacent supply category. This is an executive marketing opportunity for a hands-on, metrics-driven leader who wants to shape go-to-market strategy, accelerate growth, and help launch new AI-powered products with direct visibility across the leadership team.


The Opportunity

As VP of Marketing, you will own the full marketing strategy across an established B2B marketplace business and a growing portfolio of AI-enabled product initiatives. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will lead a focused marketing team, partner closely with Sales, Product, and executive leadership, and connect marketing strategy to measurable pipeline, revenue, brand, and customer acquisition outcomes.


What You’ll Lead

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy across marketplace and AI product lines.
  • Drive demand generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and go-to-market execution.
  • Manage marketing KPIs, analytics, budget allocation, and ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of marketers.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders to scale pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Support the launch and growth of multiple AI-powered products.


What We’re Looking For

  • Senior marketing leadership experience with ownership of strategy and execution.
  • Strong background in demand generation, growth, digital, performance, brand, and content marketing.
  • Proven ability to drive acquisition, pipeline, and revenue through multi-channel go-to-market motions.
  • B2B SaaS, marketplace, startup, or adjacent technology experience.
  • Analytical discipline with direct ownership of KPIs, marketing spend, and ROI.
  • Experience leading small marketing teams and collaborating at the executive level.
  • Interest in applying AI to marketing strategy, workflows, or product launches.


Location and Work Environment

This is a hybrid, executive role based in Austin, Texas, with an expectation of four days per week in the office. Relocation candidates may be considered, though relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.
