About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and safety of our AI-powered healthcare platform. Your primary focus will be on testing complex user workflows, validating AI diagnostic outputs, and maintaining high standards that our patients and clinicians depend on. Given the sensitive nature of healthcare data and decision-making, your work will directly impact patient safety and treatment efficacy. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies across web, mobile, telehealth integrations, and AI model outputs, ensuring every product release aligns with our rigorous quality benchmarks. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and designers will be essential to identify potential issues early and advocate for quality at every stage of development.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA engineering experience, preferably with web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
- Experience testing APIs and backend systems alongside user interfaces
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to think critically about edge cases and failure modes
- Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industry testing is a plus
- Knowledge of AI/ML model testing and validation (preferred)
- Experience with video communication platforms or real-time systems (preferred)
- Background in security testing and compliance validation (preferred)
- Understanding of mobile app testing for iOS and Android (preferred)
- Experience building QA processes in startup environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of performance and load testing (preferred)

- Own end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications, including onboarding flows and telehealth visits
- Develop and maintain automated test suites to support rapid product development
