🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition strategies, oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, and build a strong pipeline of top talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment teams, optimize hiring processes, strengthen employer branding, and partner with business leaders to meet current and future workforce needs.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives, workforce planning, and business growth goals

• Lead end-to-end recruitment operations, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination

• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding initiatives

• Oversee recruitment marketing, job advertising, campus hiring, diversity recruitment, and strategic talent attraction programs

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, offer acceptance rate, and recruiter productivity

• Optimize recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems (ATS), interview frameworks, and candidate assessment methodologies to improve hiring efficiency and experience

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, recruitment policies, equal employment opportunity standards, and organizational hiring procedures

• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, background screening providers, and other external partners

• Analyze recruitment metrics, labor market trends, and workforce data to provide strategic hiring recommendations to senior leadership

• Manage recruitment budgets, resource allocation, vendor performance, and talent acquisition technology platforms

• Lead, mentor, and develop recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, and recruitment coordinators while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

• Prepare recruitment reports, workforce planning updates, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field preferred

• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CIPD, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, or equivalent are advantageous

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or related roles

• 2+ years of experience managing recruitment teams, talent acquisition functions, or high-volume hiring initiatives preferred

• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies, employer branding, workforce planning, interview techniques, and employment legislation

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
