Job Description

About Lenhardt Partners

Lenhardt Partners is a boutique People + HR advisory firm partnering with Series A–C startups to build the People foundations required to scale. We partner with founders, entrepreneurs, and emerging growth companies to design organizational strategy, streamline HR operations and systems, build Total Rewards frameworks, and ensure compliance and readiness for what’s next. We provide fractional People leadership, People strategy, HR operations and systems, Total Rewards, and compliance support tailored to each company’s stage and growth goals.

We are operators and advisors who value clarity, strong judgment, and human-centered leadership—and we believe excellent work can be done with energy and joy.

The Role

The Analyst, People & HR Advisory role is an early-career, high-impact position focused on supporting client delivery and strengthening how work gets done across Lenhardt Partners. Analysts are core contributors to client engagements—owning analysis, documentation, research, and execution support—while developing strong consulting and HR fundamentals.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup advisory environment.

This is a remote role.

What You’ll Do

  • Support client engagements through research, analysis, documentation, and project coordination
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and the client’s leadership team to support seamless client business operations through data-driven insights
  • Prepare client-ready materials, including decks, memos, policies, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with People initiatives such as compensation analysis, policy development, benefits research, and HR systems support
  • Track timelines, action items, and deliverables to keep work moving forward
  • Conduct benchmarking and best-practice research relevant to startup HR challenges
  • Support internal initiatives, including playbooks, templates, and process improvements
  • Learn from Principals and senior leaders through hands-on client exposure

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, people operations, consulting, or a related role
  • Interest in startups, scaling organizations, and People/HR work
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Clear, concise written communication skills
  • Comfort working across tools (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, HR systems)
  • Curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to ask questions and learn
