  • Develop and enforce data protection policies aligned with RTO/RPO requirements
  • Integrate Cohesity with AWS cloud workloads for backup, archival, and disaster recovery scenarios
  • Maintain Fort Knox immutable backup configurations and ensure compliance with security standards
  • Produce runbooks, architecture documentation, and knowledge transfer materials
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and compliance to align data protection posture with business needs

  • AWS experience — working knowledge of S3, EC2, and cloud-based backup/archival integrations
  • Strong understanding of backup architectures including incremental forever, deduplication, and replication
  • Proficiency with VMware, Linux, and Windows workload protection via Cohesity
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning and failover testing in enterprise environments
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with Fort Knox immutable backup configurations
  • Cohesity Certified Administrator (CCA) or equivalent certification
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
  • Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government)
