Accountabilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and market positioning.

- Lead public relations initiatives by developing compelling brand narratives, securing media opportunities, and enhancing the organization's reputation.
- Create and manage the organic social media strategy, driving audience engagement, community growth, and consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations that support long-term brand objectives.
- Coordinate brand participation in industry conferences, events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and trade shows to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize branding initiatives and marketing effectiveness.
- Proven experience in brand marketing, public relations, partnerships, or a related marketing role.
- Previous experience within the health, wellness, longevity, fitness, or adjacent industries.
- Strong network of relationships with brands, influencers, media professionals, and key stakeholders within the U.S. health and wellness ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic partnerships, influencer campaigns, and media placements with measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills with the ability to represent a brand confidently.
- Experience developing brand strategies and maintaining consistent messaging across multiple marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of organic social media strategy, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data to guide strategic marketing decisions.
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work remotely.
