Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and evangelize the product vision for client-facing platforms including client portals, mobile applications, and partner integration tools.
- Develop product strategies that differentiate our firm in the immigration and real estate legal markets.
- Identify opportunities to create self-service capabilities that empower clients while maintaining high-touch service where needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Build relationships with external partners including real estate agencies, immigration consultants, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure digital solutions enhance rather than complicate client relationships.
- Work with marketing and business development teams to align product features with market positioning.

Product Development & Delivery
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for external-facing systems

- Strong user experience design sensibility.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse external stakeholders.
