Title: Technical Recruiter/ Sourcer

Hourly Pay Rate: $60โ€“$72/hr. (commensurate with experience)

Contract Length: 6+ Months

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)


We're partnering with a leading technology company to hire an experienced Technical Sourcer and Technical Recruiter to support hiring across high-impact Engineering needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced recruiting team focused on identifying exceptional Software Engineering and AI/ML talent, including Principal, Staff, and Engineering Leadership candidates.

Responsibilities:


  • Build and execute sourcing strategies for highly technical roles across Software Engineering, AI/ML, and related engineering organizations.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for senior and leadership-level technical positions.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and develop targeted talent pipelines.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools to identify top technical talent.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and provide regular sourcing metrics and market insights.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of technical sourcing experience supporting Software Engineering and/or AI/ML hiring.
  • Proven experience sourcing Senior, Staff, Principal, and Engineering Leadership talent.
  • Experience recruiting within both high-growth startup environments and large-scale technology organizations.
  • Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to build relationships with passive candidates and effectively communicate complex opportunities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience supporting hiring for AI/ML, Machine Learning Infrastructure, or Software Engineering organizations.
  • Background working in high-growth technology companies with rapidly scaling engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of current technical hiring trends and competitive talent markets.
