We are looking for a Hardware Security Expert to join a highly skilled team developing next-generation AI hardware. Working closely with the Security & Certification team, you will own the architecture and design of hardware Root of Trust, define SoC security requirements spanning secure boot, cryptographic IP, key storage, and lead the triage and mitigation of hardware vulnerabilities across both pre-silicon and fielded products.
What you’ll do:
• Define and lead the hardware security strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Security & Certification team.
• Own the architecture and design of the Hardware Root of Trust (RoT).
• Define SoC security requirements covering secure boot, cryptographic IP integration, secure key storage, and provisioning.
• Lead the triage, analysis, and mitigation of hardware vulnerabilities in both pre-silicon and fielded products.
• Translate high-level security requirements into RTL-level architectures, countermeasures, and microarchitectural mitigations.

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in silicon security, trust architectures, and hardware attack vectors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant public and private security standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the security architecture of advanced AI and high-performance computing solutions.
Requirements:
• Master's or PhD in a relevant Engineering or Computer Science field.
• 5+ years of experience in SoC, processor design, and microarchitecture.
• Strong RTL design expertise (SystemVerilog/Verilog) with ownership of complex hardware blocks.
• Deep understanding of SoC security, including Root of Trust (RoT), secure boot, cryptographic IP, and security architectures.
• Knowledge of RISC-V architecture and hardware security vulnerabilities.
• Experience with low-level programming (C/Assembly) and security-focused hardware development.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Experience with OpenTitan, Caliptra, fault injection, side-channel analysis, Post-Quantum.
• Cryptography (PQC), confidential computing, or AI datacenter architectures is a plus.
• English level: B2 or higher.
