Responsibilities
- Own important workstreams from discovery through delivery, documentation, testing, and handoff.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, product, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Build practical systems, workflows, analysis, or technical outputs that solve real business problems.
- Document decisions, assumptions, tradeoffs, risks, and operating procedures clearly.
- Use data, evidence, and structured thinking to improve quality, reliability, and performance.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and recommendations in writing with minimal supervision.

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience for this role area.
- Strong practical experience with Test Automation, QA Automation, Selenium, Playwright, API Testing.
- Ability to work remotely with high ownership, clear communication, and strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving technology consulting environment.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
