Job Description
The project Manager will collaborate with and support our US project management team and the CEO of the organization.
Applicants must be able to work remotely and adhere to Pacific US time (10PM-7AM Philippine time).
- Collaborate with the US project management team and the CEO of the organization on day-to-day activities and offer support.
- Manage all operational and tactical aspects of various implementation projects on a daily basis.
- Contribute to the creation of Project Plans;
- Elicit and define project timelines while working with the US project management team.
- Effectively communicate plans, progress, and status/updates to employees and stakeholders.
- Documenting significant activities and carrying out decisions made during meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for customer meetings.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project in ERP.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, action items and assign tasks and accountability to project and internal resources as required.
- New project engagement on internal kickoff and gather project resources for the Program Manager as required.

- 6-8 years of experience in related telecom & general construction projects is a Must.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines on multiple active projects.
- Willing to work on Pacific US time (PST)
