As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can help tell the Willow story, grow our online presence, generate new opportunities, and support our continued growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, analytical, and execution-focused. You will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, creating content, optimizing marketing channels, and helping turn marketing efforts into measurable business results.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support Willow’s marketing strategy across digital channels including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, website optimization, and analytics.
You will work closely with leadership, recruiting, and operations teams to create campaigns that increase brand awareness, attract mortgage professionals, support hiring efforts, and strengthen Willow’s position in the mortgage processing industry.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, improving, and owning marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Create, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Track marketing performance metrics including leads, engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and increase growth
Website & SEO
- Maintain and improve website content, landing pages, and user experience
- Support SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and visibility
- Identify opportunities to improve search rankings and website conversions
- Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
Content & Brand Development
- Create marketing content including:
- Blog articles
- Email campaigns
- LinkedIn content
- Case studies
- Recruiting materials
- Client success stories
- Help develop Willow’s brand voice and online presence
- Turn company wins, team stories, and industry insights into engaging content
- Build content that positions Willow as a leader in mortgage processing

Email Marketing & Lead Generation
- Build and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences
- Support lead generation efforts focused on mortgage professionals and business partnerships
- Analyze engagement metrics and improve campaign performance
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM processes
- Help convert marketing activity into measurable business opportunities
Social Media Management
- Manage Willow’s social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn and industry platforms

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually
- Fully remote position
