HRBP / Head of People Partnering (FTC 9–12 Months)

FULLY REMOTE

Salary: C£80,000–£100,000 (DOE)


KMK are delighted to be working with a global AI-native engineering consulting firm, who are looking to recruit a HRBP / Head of People Partnering to join their team of 16, working at a time of huge growth, covering a 9-12 month maternity contract.


Supporting their global leadership team, this is a senior strategic business partnering role rather than a traditional Head of People position. They are looking for an experienced HRBP leader who understands professional services, technology consulting and knowledge-based people focused business.


You will partner closely with senior leaders across the organisation, providing guidance and challenge on organisational design, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, performance, talent and change.


The successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly credible and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with senior technical and business stakeholders.

Experience

  • Significant HRBP leadership experience

  • Strong commercial understanding of utilisation-led services businesses
  • Experience supporting distributed and remote workforces
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
