wWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation and expansion of European e-invoicing and digital tax reporting initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering compliant financial processes across multiple European markets, working closely with finance, tax, and technology teams to ensure readiness for evolving VAT and digital reporting regulations

• sGather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for e-invoicing and digital tax reporting initiatives

• .Drive the implementation of compliance solutions for countries including France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, and Norway
• .Collaborate with finance, tax, and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with local regulatory requirements and the EU's VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA) programme
• .Review and optimise financial processes covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany transactions, Employee Expenses, and Tax
• .Support ERP and finance system enhancements to meet statutory and operational requirements
• .Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder discussions throughout the project lifecycle

.Required Experience & Skill

• sMinimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst within finance transformation, ERP implementation, or tax compliance programmes

• .Strong knowledge of European VAT legislation, e-invoicing frameworks, and digital tax reporting requirements, including ViDA
• .Practical experience supporting compliance initiatives across France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, and Norway
• .Solid understanding of end-to-end finance operations, including AP, AR, Intercompany accounting, Employee Expenses, and Tax
• .Experience working with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or other leading cloud-based ERP solutions
• .Excellent analytical, requirements gathering, process modelling, and stakeholder management skills

.Preferred Backgroun

• dExperience within the Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Life Sciences sector is highly desirable
• .Familiarity with regulated business environments, supply chain compliance, and complex distribution models would be advantageous
