Role Description The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap across PCSECURR’s IT and security service offerings. This position oversees end-to-end product management, from concept and market analysis through development, launch, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The CPO collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and customer support, to prioritize initiatives, define requirements, and deliver high-value solutions on schedule and within scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding product portfolio decisions, setting performance metrics, monitoring product KPIs, and making data-informed adjustments to maximize client satisfaction and market competitiveness. The role also involves mentoring product and project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, and representing product strategy in executive discussions and external stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, including experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and market positioning.
- Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership capabilities, including building and guiding diverse, distributed teams.
- Background in IT services, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity, with understanding of outsourced support and server administration models.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive product decisions, measure outcomes, and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with experience working at the executive level.
- Proven track record in remote leadership, including setting clear goals, providing feedback, and maintaining alignment across time zones.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
